KVKK Privacy Notice

1. Data controller

Ersa Prestij Elektrik Otomasyon İnşaat Sanayi ve Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi (the “Company”) processes your personal data as the data controller.

2. Personal data we process

• Contact form: full name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
• Job application: full name, email address, phone number, your CV file and the information in it (education, work experience, etc.), the position applied for and any short note.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, access time. This data is processed solely for site security and to prevent spam and abuse.

3. Purposes of processing

• Responding to your enquiries and carrying out quotation and information processes,
• Evaluating your job applications and contacting you when a suitable position opens,
• Managing contractual processes and fulfilling legal obligations,
• Ensuring site security and preventing abuse.

4. Method of collection and legal basis

Your data is collected electronically through the forms on our website.

Processing relies on the legal grounds that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c), the fulfilment of a legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç), the legitimate interests of the data controller (Art. 5/2-f) and, where required, your explicit consent (Art. 5/1). Retaining your CV for future positions is based on your explicit consent.

5. Transfer of data

Your data may be transferred to Cloudflare, the cloud infrastructure provider that hosts the site and stores the data, and to Resend, the email service provider used to deliver form notifications. The servers of these providers may be located abroad; transfers are made in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 9 of the KVKK.

Data may be transferred to authorised public bodies and institutions where legally required. Otherwise your data is not shared with third parties, sold or rented.

6. Retention period

Data you share through the contact form is retained for up to 720 days, limited to the period required by the purpose.

Your job applications and CV are retained until deleted by the Company or until deleted at your request.

At the end of the period, or at your request, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Rights of the data subject (KVKK Art. 11)

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
• Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad,
• Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
• Request deletion or destruction within the conditions set out in the Law,
• Request that correction, deletion and destruction be notified to the third parties to whom your data was transferred,
• Object to a result against you arising from the analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems,
• Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

8. How to apply

You can send your requests regarding your rights to info@ersaprestijelektrik.com. In accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, your applications are answered within 30 days at the latest.
